AsiaFlux is a scientific community dedicated to the study and observation of Asia’s key ecosystems to ensure the quality and sustainability of life on earth. Our vision is to advance the frontiers of ecosystem science, service, and stewardship and to produce knowledge through integrated thinking in pursuit of global sustainability. This workshop will address scientific challenges and issues in flux measurement and monitoring; the interrelationship among carbon, water, and nitrogen cycles; the effects of natural and human disturbances on ecosystems; new techniques and technologies for assessing regional carbon budgets; and resilient carbon/water management and ecosystem stewardship.
